Jessica E. Hawk
Ms. Hawk, Of Counsel, focuses her practice on commercial litigation and financial services litigation. Her extensive experience includes contract disputes, litigation involving state and federal consumer finance laws, tort litigation, consumer class actions, and public construction disputes.
Ms. Hawk has expertise in all aspects of pretrial litigation, including case strategy development, pleading and motion practice, and discovery. She has successfully represented clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and formal arbitration.
Ms. Hawk is a former law clerk of Magistrate Judge John P. Godich of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
