Jessica Hawk focuses her practice on the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice.
She has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal court in a variety of litigation matters, including financial services litigation, consumer litigation, contract disputes, tort and mass tort litigation, and construction disputes.
Ms. Hawk is an experienced litigator, and has obtained successful results for her clients through a variety of avenues. She has successfully represented clients in settlement negotiations and mediations. She has secured the dismissal of litigation against her clients through demurrer and motions to dismiss, as well as summary judgment. She has successfully represented clients in formal arbitration. She has won appeals for her clients before the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as both appellee and appellant.
Ms. Hawk is a former law clerk of Magistrate Judge John P. Godich of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
