Partner Dena Roche who was appointed Vice-Chair of the State Bar of California’s Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC)

Dena will serve a one-year term as COPRAC’s Vice-Chair for 2019-2020 Committee year.  COPRAC is the standing committee of the State Bar Board of Trustees and is primarily responsible for issuing the state’s legal ethics opinions and also serves as an advisor to the Board and other Bar constituents on legal ethics and the rules of professional conduct.
